The Qualities of A Seafarer's Wife

What are the qualities that a Seafarer seeks in a woman to be his wife, lover, friend and mother of his children? Is it beauty or brains? It has been said that beauty is in the eyes ofthe beholder...however, lasting beauty and brains seldomcome into one. Intelligence goes deeper than attractiveness orbeauty, ever doubt it?

 The point remains the same, and it changes from one personto another. Some may opt for beauty while others may go forbrains. Although, no one can say which of these factors  winthe comparison. It depends on every individual to decide whatis important for them to exist in the "apple of their eyes". It iseither to have an extremely beautiful person by your side at alltimes, to show off your sacred possession or having someonewho knows what they are talking about when in a group ofpeople, and it is her intelligence that shines. The choiceremained personal. But for me, the beauty of the heart is thelasting beauty of all.
 A seafarer's wife must have a beautiful  heart willing tounderstand and love unconditionally, and bravely endure thepains, trials, and thrills of  a long distance relationship. Thestrength and deep of her character and attitude borderimpeccability. It is because she will be a single parent raisingher children and deals with all the family problems alone,when her husband is on board. Her lips allow us to drink thewater of life. 
Truly, it is the water that which pours, and the one who drinksit that matters. When all of these three aspects become one,and your talisman is shattered. That oneness can't be knownby reasoning alone. 
Indeed, as rare as a gem...the beauty within her and thesmartness of her brains, the expression a woman wears on herface is more important than the clothes she wears on her back,because our lives are defined by the actions we take, the lovewe give and the memories we make.
